What is Elbow Grease?
Elbow Grease is an all-purpose degreaser. It’s formulated to remove grease from around the home.
What is Hydrochloric Acid used for?
It can be specifically used in the cleaning of brick and stone to remove mortar stains. Hydrochloric acid is corrosive to the eyes, skin, and mucous membranes.
Can I use Hydrochloric Acid to clean brick?
Hydrochloric acid can be used for brick cleaning. The wall must be thoroughly saturated first, No matter how dirty the wall is, NEVER use more than 1 part of hydrochloric acid to 10 parts of water. It helps to start by using 1 part acid to 15 parts water mixture.
How do you clean a slate roof?
If the roof is particularly badly coated with moss etc, it will need a scrape to remove with a soft brush. Next step is to low pressure steam clean it with a long water fed pole and post treat with a biocide.
How do you clean render?
To clean render, a soft brush is used with a biocide treatment (BAC 50) which kills organic growth. This is called softwashing. In extreme cases where there are harder stains, such as water, a low pressure steam clean is needed.
What is hypo used for?
Hypos full name is Sodium Hypochlorite. This is typically used to remove organic growth from patios, tarmac, driveways and decking.
How to remove graffiti?

I have removed graffiti but can still see a slight mark?

How is cladding cleaned?
Jet washing is a great way to remove any dirt and can often restore cladding back to its original colour. Steam washing is also a good way of removing stubborn stains, dirt and grime, due to the heat it produces it can often make it easier to clean. Biocide and degreaser can be used to clean too.
How often should cladding be cleaned?
For the best results and to protect your cladding from damage, we recommend that you do this annually. Depending on weather conditions in your area, you may want to do this every 6 months. Not only does regular maintenance of your building extend its life, it also has aesthetic benefits too.
What chemical do I need to pressure wash and clean my driveway?
Stain removal and cleaning of concrete, tarmac or stone driveways use Sodium Hypochlorite. This disinfects and removes stains. Can also be used on wooden decking.
